COUNTRYSIDE VILLA

Second floor: two more bedrooms for guests, with private wc and shower, one mansard-roofed small studio, with computer and adsl line, tower for astronomic observation with panoramic view over the mountains of garda lake.

The villa was recently built (1981) and is equipped with heating and air-conditionng systems.

The caretaker house is close and connected to the villa and has two patronal garages; still inside the property but 150 meter far from the main building there are other wooden buildings for sheltering a dozen cars and vehicles, dipped in the green.

There is also a large shaded parking lot for about 20 cars for guests.
